By accessing or using FastJobApps ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FastJobApps provides AI-powered resume and cover letter generation services. The Service allows you to:

  • Upload and store your resume
  • Generate customized resumes tailored to specific job descriptions
  • Generate customized cover letters
  • Download generated documents in DOCX format
  • Manage your document history

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • You must register using either Google OAuth or Magic Link email authentication
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Credits and Pricing

Credit System

  • The Service operates on a credit-based system
  • New users receive 6 free credits upon registration
  • Generating documents consumes credits based on document type
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase

Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with notice
  • We do not store your credit card information
  • Payment receipts are sent by Stripe directly to your email

Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Credits are strictly non-refundable.
  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for purchased credits under any circumstances
  • Once credits are purchased, the transaction is complete and cannot be reversed
  • We recommend using the 6 free credits to test the service quality before making a purchase

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Use the Service to create documents containing false claims or fabricated experience
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
  • Resell or redistribute content generated by the Service without permission
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Content Ownership and License

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you upload (resumes, job descriptions, etc.)
  • By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and generate documents
  • We will not share your content with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., Anthropic Claude API for AI generation)

Generated Content

  • You own the documents generated by the Service
  • Generated documents are based on your input and are customized for you
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy or effectiveness of generated documents

7. Data and Privacy

  • Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy
  • We store generated documents for 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted
  • You can request account deletion by contacting us at
  • We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Documents generated by FastJobApps are created using AI technology (Anthropic Claude). You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content
  • You must ensure all information in your final documents is accurate and truthful
  • We are not responsible for the content, quality, or effectiveness of generated documents
  • AI-generated content should be used as a starting point, not a final product

9. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
  • The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
  • We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for job application outcomes or hiring decisions
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FastJobApps, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Content you upload or generate using the Service

12. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
  • We may terminate the Service at any time with or without notice
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination

13. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time
  • Significant changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
  • Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
  • We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for any updates

14. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

  • Google OAuth: Subject to Google's Terms of Service
  • Stripe: Subject to Stripe's Terms of Service
  • Anthropic Claude API: Subject to Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy
  • Supabase: Subject to Supabase's Terms of Service
  • Vercel: Subject to Vercel's Terms of Service

We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

15. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts
  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect
